Chef Chris' Story

Chris Manos cultivated his culinary skills from a young age, working with his brother Alex in their father’s pastry shop. His career led him to two Michelin-starred restaurants in Athens—Hytra and Spondi—where he further refined his talents in fine dining. After returning to Los Angeles, Chris joined Alex in building Gourmaze, a luxury catering company, during the COVID-19 pandemic. Together, they transformed the idea of private dining, offering their clients a personalized experience with the sophistication of a top-tier restaurant. Chris’s commitment to delivering excellence with every meal has helped position Gourmaze as a leader in high-end catering.
